Land is key to growing commercially on a larger scale. You can own the land, lease it and/or work out a joint venture agreement wherein the land owner gets paid through the revenue generated by growing Hemp. Smaller gardens and even indoor growing operations are viable for getting started. People of all ages and skill levels are making money using one or more of the above uses of land.

Seeds
We prefer all-natural, unmodified or altered seeds. These can be seeds of any kind or strain: Indica, Sativa, Ruderalis, male, female or otherwise. We are doing research which ones grow the best under what conditions. For example. Ruderalis is good for colder climates like Alaska, Russia, Canada and Minnesota where some of us prefer to grow outdoors.
Sativa is more for the Mind - Head - and feeling "High". Indica is more for the body and often makes me sleepy.

Most worthwhile endeavors require teamwork. You may either just put the seeds in the ground, in a pot or consult with those with more experience for what is best to do. Teamwork is key for having the most fun and generating the most revenue. Otherwise just a solo garden is sufficient. Delegating to paid or volunteer marketers is necessary unless you are going to do that part yourself too.
